Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from an order of a paid plan, and from an upgrade to a more expensive plan, as explained below. An upgrade counts as an order of its own: its withdrawal period starts on the day of the upgrade. More about plans and upgrades is in our terms.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Moritz Bärwolf, Am Schlosspark 4, 45899 Gelsenkirchen, Germany, email moritz.baerwolf@outlook.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online on our withdrawal page. The link "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of every page of our website takes you there. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Your plan starts as soon as your payment has gone through, and you can use your minutes right away. That is why the order dialog asks you to confirm that you want your plan to start before the withdrawal period ends.

If you withdraw after that, the amount you pay us is the share of the price of your billing period for the days from the start of your plan until the day you tell us about your withdrawal. We refund the rest of what you paid. The same applies to an upgrade and the amount you paid for it. Once we have processed your withdrawal, the plan or upgrade you withdrew from ends. If you withdraw from an upgrade, your previous plan continues, and the unused time of its billing period that was credited to the upgrade is given back to you as free time.

Starting your plan does not end your right of withdrawal. It ends before the 14 days are over only once we have fully performed the contract, and only if, before we started, you asked us to start during the withdrawal period and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
